Herbs and leafy greens for export are usually packed in 200g to 1kg perforated polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) bags to allow ventilation and reduce moisture buildup. These are then placed in corrugated fiberboard boxes or plastic crates with capacities of 5 kg to 10 kg, typically measuring around 50 x 30 x 15 cm. For longer shelf life, vacuum-sealed or modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) is used, especially for delicate herbs. All materials are food-grade, breathable, and designed to maintain freshness, prevent wilting, and support cold chain logistics during export OR Packing will be done as per buyers requirement.
